Article 1 Who am I?

Article 2 What data do I use?

Here you can find an overview of the data that I process about you, why I do this, what legal basis I have for processing this data from you and how long I will keep this data.

I process your name, address, place of residence, telephone number, e-mail, financial data and other data that are necessary to optimally provide my services to you. I use this information to make you a satisfied customer during the term of our agreement. I keep this data for up to 7 years after the end of our agreement.

In order to manage your order, I will store your name, billing address, email, telephone number, purchase history and payment information in my customer database for up to 7 years after the conclusion of our agreement. I do this on the basis of the implementation and possible amendment of the agreement, as well as for the tax authorities

I use a portfolio on my website and social media channels to show work to potential clients. I process photos of material that you have made when you have given permission for this when entering into the agreement. I keep these photos indefinitely in my archive, unless you request their removal.

For invoicing and financial administration, I process your name, any company name with associated Chamber of Commerce data, billing address, customer number, telephone number, e-mail, bank details and outstanding balance. I cannot process your payment without this information. According to a legal obligation of the Tax Authorities, I must keep this data for 7 years. After this period I will delete this data from you.

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about my services, I will process your name, e-mail, account number, order number and the content of this complaint in order to arrive at the best possible solution for you. I use this data for an optimal execution of the agreement. I will delete data related to complaints 1 year after handling.

I have a commercial interest in using some of your personal data for marketing purposes. I process your name, address, e-mail, telephone, spoken language and social media account for direct marketing and social media marketing. I will delete this data as soon as you unsubscribe from my newsletter or indicate that you no longer wish to be contacted by me.

I use analytics and retargeting services to enable and optimize this website. I have a commercial interest in using your surfing behavior and related data to analyze and where necessary improve my service. I will track your use of my website with Google Analytics and a Facebook Pixel and I am hereby bound by the retention periods of Google and Facebook.

This service uses cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information that are sent to your browser when you visit my website and are then stored on the hard drive or in the memory of the device with which you visit my website. These cookies will not damage your devices.

In addition, Facebook collects target group statistics by means of a first party cookie. With this data I can place more targeted advertisements. These cookies are active as long as I have the pixel installed. However, the data collected by Facebook using this cookie is passed on to me anonymously.

To enable the posting of reviews about my services, I process your name and the content of your message. When you post your message, this data becomes visible to me. I can place reviews about my services on my website out of commercial interest and will remove them if they are no longer representative of my business operations or if you make a request to do so.

If you want to contact me via the website, I will ask for your name and e-mail. When sending the contact form, this information will automatically become visible so that I can contact you. I will delete the data from a contact form sent after your request has been completed, unless this results in an agreement.

To make it possible to post comments under my messages, I process your name, username and content of your message. When you post your message, this information will automatically become visible. I keep this data until you delete your comment or I delete the message.

Finally, when you register for one of my webinars, workshops or courses, I will ask for your name and email address. This way I can allow you to access the relevant content and possibly provide further information about the topic discussed here. I will delete this data after completing what you had registered for. If it concerns a paid webinar, workshop or course, I will also process your invoice data. I keep this data for 7 years in accordance with the rules of the tax authorities.

Article 3 How do I obtain this data?

I have obtained the above information from you as a customer, contact person or website visitor, because you have provided me with this information. In addition, it is possible that I have obtained your data through one of my business relations.

Article 4 What rights do you have with regard to this data?

The General Data Protection Regulation has given you a number of rights with regard to the personal data that you have had me process.

1. Access – You can make a request to me at any time to view your data.

2. Change – If you want to have your data adjusted, corrected, supplemented, protected or deleted on the basis of inspection, you can submit a request for this.

3. Objection – You can object to the processing of your data based on a weighing of interests.

4. Data transfer – If you want to transfer your data to another provider, I will provide your data in a structured and common form that can be accessed by common digital systems.

5. Withdrawal – When I have processed data based on your explicit permission, you have the right to withdraw this permission. This may have consequences for the services I can provide you.

To exercise your rights, you can send a request, accompanied by a copy of your proof of identity (with protected social security number and passport photo), to I will assess your request as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 calendar days.
